Whether planning for friends, family or both, we have something for everyone on the guest list. DFH offers the ideal environment for active and leisure events, a convenient location, and staff to help you pull it all together. We can also cater your event, see our food menu in our Catering page.

We’ll Set Up Your Room

In our rental forms you’ll find an empty box labeled ROOM SET UP, it’s there for you to draw a diagram of the room layout you desire for your event. All we need is a quick drawing of the tables and chairs layout. TIP: take a picture of the drawing with your smart phone and email it to us.

Additional Information

  • Round Tables are 60″ in Diameter and will seat 7 people comfortably.
  • Rectangle Tables are 72″ x 30″ and will seat 3 people on each side.
  • We do not provide linens. You may bring linens with you if desired.

  • A deposit of 50% of the total rental amount must be paid upfront.
  • The Fieldhouse provides a full CATERING option that includes: Wings, Tenders, Pizza, Hot Dogs, Fries, Funnel Cakes, Cookies and accompanying Beverages. We supply the necessary plates, utensils and labor.
  • You must supply your own cake, cupcakes or similar party treats with accompanying paper plates, serving utensils, etc.
  • The Fieldhouse does allow you to provide your own menu and accompanying beverages with paper plates, serving utensils, etc. Some restrictions apply.
  • The Duncanville Fieldhouse is a “Smoke and Alcohol Free” facility.
  • Nothing is to be attached or placed on walls, ceilings or ceiling fans.
  • No verbal agreements have been made with city representatives.
  • You are entitled to use only the area that you have rented.
  • This agreement shall be canceled if the remaining balance is not paid by the due date reflected in the contract.
  • You will be charged for additional hours used that are not stated in the contract.
  • You agree to dispose of all trash in provided receptacles, wipe up any messes and take all of your belongings when you leave.
